Bring Your Product to Market Compliantly
Whether you’re exporting, importing, or manufacturing locally, CertiCheck shows you exactly what your product needs to be accepted in Kenya and East Africa.
Find Your Product
Search by product name and see exactly what it needs to enter Kenya and East Africa.
Browse by Category
Chemicals
PCPB and NEMA controls, GHS classification, safety data sheets.
Construction Materials
Structural performance standards and batch certification.
Cosmetics & Personal Care
PPB registration, restricted ingredients and claim wording.
Food & Beverages
KEBS standards, lab testing and labelling for anything edible.
Paper & Hygiene
Quality requirements, absorbency limits and hygiene documentation.
PPE & Safety
EN and ISO performance grades, plus the evidence to prove them.
Four steps to a compliance report
No account, no discovery call, and no chasing agencies before you know what you're dealing with.
Find your product
Search the catalogue or pick a category. Not listed yet? Describe it in your own words — we'll still build the report.
Choose your depth
Snapshot, Standard Report or Complete Dossier. The price is on screen before you enter a single detail.
Tell us about the shipment
Who you are and what you're moving. The Dossier adds FOB value and quantity so the costs are your numbers.
Get your report
We invoice, then send a private link — requirements, sequence, who does what, costs and next steps.
Built for this market, not filtered down to it
Compliance guidance is only useful if it's specific, current, and honest about what it doesn't know.
Kenya and East Africa, specifically
KEBS, PPB, PCPB, NEMA and KRA as they actually apply here — not a global database with a country dropdown bolted on top.
We never invent a standard code
If a code, limit or fee cannot be verified, we leave it out and say so. A plausible-looking wrong code costs you far more than a gap.
Written to be acted on
Every requirement names who owns it — exporter, importer or shared — and where it sits in the sequence. Hand it straight to your clearing agent.
Kept current when the rules move
PVoC stopped being mandatory in March 2026. Our reports were updated across the whole catalogue — a stale requirement reads exactly like a live one.
One flat price per report
No retainer, no hourly consulting, no "it depends". The same three prices across every category, shown before you start.
Ahead of the rejection, not after it
Every report leads with where shipments in your category actually get stopped, ranked — so the expensive surprises land on paper, not at the port.
Eleven sections. These five are why people buy it.
Requirements checklist
Every document, test and certification the product needs — listed once, in one place.
Compliance sequence
Phase by phase, in the order the agencies expect it — so nothing gets applied for too late.
Responsibility matrix
Exporter, importer or shared. No assumption about who files what is left implicit.
Where shipments fail
The common triggers for your category, ranked by how often they stop a consignment.
Costs and next steps
An itemised cost table with a worked example, then exactly what to do on Monday.
Choose your report
From a fast go/no-go read to a fully personalized shipment dossier — every product category, every market entering Kenya.

Before you order
01What do I actually get?
A written compliance report for your specific product. The Standard Report runs about nine pages: the requirements checklist, the sequence to follow, who is responsible for what, the full test parameters and labeling rules, an itemised cost table and recommended next steps. The Snapshot is a two-page go/no-go read; the Complete Dossier adds a cost example built from your own shipment figures.
02My product is not in your catalogue. Can you still help?
Yes. Describe the product in your own words when you order and we will build the report from scratch. The catalogue is a shortcut, not a limit.
03Which markets do you cover?
Kenya and East Africa. We work to the requirements as KEBS, the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, the Pest Control Products Board, NEMA and KRA actually apply them here, rather than filtering a global database down to a country.
04Is PVoC still mandatory?
No. Pre-Export Verification of Conformity stopped being mandatory in March 2026, and every report in our catalogue was corrected to reflect that. A Certificate of Conformity may still be required as a document in its own right, which is a separate question your report answers for your product.
05How accurate are the standard codes?
If a standard code, limit or fee cannot be verified against a real source, we leave it out and say so in the report rather than filling the gap with something plausible. A wrong code that looks right costs you far more at the port than a gap you know about.
06When do I pay?
We invoice you before the report is released. Submitting the form does not commit you to a purchase, and the price for each tier is on screen before you enter any details.
